| Jason Nivens of KQRC 98.9 The Rock gives his take on Red Line Chemistry - 2007-06-15 |
| Jason Nivens: "Greetings all out there in the land of milk and honey! Great to see you all on board with a band I have come to know and love quite a bit for some time now...what's their name again???...ha ha ha. Just kidding. I'm sure if you've ever listened to me weeknights at KQRC 98.9 The Rock here in KC then you've heard me mention and play RED LINE CHEMISTRY! I've been told it was I that got RLC to open up Rockfest and though I did have a hand in getting The Bob (my boss) to listen to their debut CD Chemical High and a Hand Grenade it was him who ultimately decided it to be so and of course what the boys bring to the table. They've got talent, character, and drive. What it takes to succeed in this biz known as RocknRoll. As for their performance at Rockfest. It was everything I figured and counted on it being. They killed it opening up the second stage and had quite a few large bands taking notice. The way I see it. As long as they continue on the path they're on and we continue our support for them, sky's the limit. Keep an eye and ear out for their next shows here in town, Kansas City, and out of town. And keep telling your friends about them!!!" _Nivens |
